Customizing your prompt
The prompt is the instruction sent to Claude along with your screen capture. By default it asks for a concise approach and solution in bullet points.
To customize it: open the app, click the Prompt accordion at the bottom of the overlay, and edit the text directly. Your changes save automatically.
To reset to the default prompt at any time, click the Reset button in the Prompt header.
Tip: Keep your prompt concise and focused. The more specific your instructions, the more targeted Claude's response will be.
Account and billing
How do I upgrade from the free trial?
Go to your account dashboard and click "Billing and subscription", or visit the pricing page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account dashboard, go to Billing and subscription and click Cancel. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login page click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link. (Note: email delivery coming soon — contact support if you need a manual reset.)
Can I use Invisibl on multiple computers?
Your account supports one active session at a time. Logging in on a second device will sign out the first.
Troubleshooting
The overlay isn't appearing
Make sure Invisibl is running — check your menu bar for the gear icon. Try pressing Ctrl+Option+Cmd+T to toggle visibility.
The keyboard shortcut isn't working
Another app may be using the same shortcut. Try quitting other apps. macOS may also require you to grant accessibility permissions — check System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
The AI response is slow
Response time depends on your internet connection and AI service load. Typical response time is 2-5 seconds.
I'm getting an error when I try to capture
Make sure Invisibl has Screen Recording permission. Check System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording.
