Information you provide directly

• Account information: Your email address and password (stored as a hashed value — we never store your plain-text password) when you create an account
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details
• Contact information: If you contact us for support

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: Number of queries made, tokens consumed, credits used, and session timing
• Technical metadata: App version, platform (Mac), response times, and whether AI fallback was used
• Log data: Error logs and performance metrics for troubleshooting

Information we do NOT collect

• Screen content: Screenshots captured by the app are transmitted directly to AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) for processing. We do not store, view, or retain any screenshot content on our servers
• Prompt text: The text of your prompts is not stored on our servers
• AI responses: The content of AI responses is not stored on our servers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Track usage against your monthly credit allowance
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

AI Service Providers: Screenshots and prompts are transmitted to Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT-4o) for processing. These providers process your content under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review:

Payment Processing: Stripe processes payment information. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Authentication: Google OAuth is used for sign-in via Google. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Invisibl, LLC, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers: If Invisibl, LLC is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Usage metadata and telemetry logs may be retained for up to 12 months for fraud detection and service improvement purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Passwords stored using bcrypt hashing
• Data transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Database access restricted to application servers only
• Production secrets stored in AWS Secrets Manager

No security measure is perfect. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal information
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

7. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy
